Together with Blackshore, we have launched our first residential project in collaboration with STADT UND LAND Wohnbauten-Gesellschaft. Located at Schönwalder Straße 57 in Berlin-Spandau, the project will deliver 63 barrier-free, subsidized apartments. Upon completion in summer 2027, the development will become part of the portfolio of Berlin’s municipal housing company.
The building permit has already been granted, and construction will commence shortly. Goldbeck has been appointed as the general contractor.
We would like to thank all project partners, the Senate Department for the Interior and Sport, and the Senate Department for Urban Development, Building and Housing for their trust and excellent collaboration. We look forward to reaching the next milestones together.
