The company is headquartered at BRICKS Berlin Schöneberg – a mixed-use quarter developed by Trockland itself.

Trockland employs around 65 international professionals across architecture, project development, construction, and property management.

Trockland focuses on central districts such as Mitte, Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg, Neukölln, and Schöneberg. The company also develops projects in Treptow-Köpenick, Lichtenberg, and Marzahn.

The current focus is on Berlin. Expansion to other destinations is considered based on strategic alignment.
