For the success of our office complex on Rhinstrasse in Berlin-Marzahn, just ask our “panel”. In 1987, when the building was erected in the large panel building system in the GDR, it was contemporary and modern. After an era of rejection, we now view this architecture with new, appreciative eyes.

With its simple and clear design language and high efficiency, the construction method forms the basis for many further developments in the field of prefabricated construction, as today it places a strong focus on sustainability.

VISION FOR THE FUTURE

“Gateway to Marzahn” is the unofficial title of the intersection where the nine-story office complex is located, which is also on the district border between Lichtenberg and Marzahn-Hellersdorf. It is precisely this vision which our plans for this location pursue: We would like to give new meaning to the existing building, a typical representative of its time already fulfilling important functions. The additional project development creates added value for the many who call the neighborhood home.
