Decades of change in Berlin-Tempelhof and also for Trockland
When it was acquired in 2011, the office complex in Berlin-Tempelhof was in need of renovation. That renovation and conversion were carried out accordingly, and the property was sold in 2015.
In addition to the former Tempelhof airport on Te-Damm (Tempelhofer Damm), the district’s important buildings include the well-known Ullsteinhaus and the Tempelhof harbor on Ma-Damm (Mariendorfer Damm), both of which are located adjacent to Colditzstrasse.
