Human relationships are the foundation of well-being, resilience, and quality of life. Through our project developments, we are committed to creating social ecosystems that spark meaningful encounters, cultivate trust, and bring vibrant communities to life. In this way, responsible neighborhoods are formed that generate a lasting positive impact on the city and society as a whole.
At PIER 61|64, located next to the East Side Gallery in Berlin-Friedrichshain, we launched our first community pilot project in 2025. The initiative features monthly events co-organized by our Community Manager and tenants.
The insights gained from this project are directly integrated into all our future developments. We continuously learn from the outcomes and refine our approach. Our goal is to create a blueprint for the development of Conscious Neighborhoods – scalable and capable of generating measurable social impact.
