Project website:

Based on designs by Eller+Eller Architects and along with our partner Althafen, we successfully completed this technically challenging project in summer 2023.

Due to the special location right next to the East Side Gallery with a very narrow plot of land, a barge had to be used for parts of the construction site over many months. The care of the elements of the Berlin Wall belonging to the project also required special measures, which we coordinated and implemented in close cooperation with the Berlin Wall Foundation.

The entire development team is proud that this unique project has been nominated for the “Wohnbauten des Jahres 2025” award. This recognition celebrates innovation, quality, and excellence in residential architecture — and we’re thrilled to be among the nominees.

The refined fusion of Italian and Levantine cuisine has delighted guests from the very first day, impressing with creativity, precision, and consistently highest quality.
